David Marshall

Dave has founded over a dozen companies, launched and sold four SaaS companies, and raised over $100 million in growth capital. David's career has spanned the development of process improvement platforms, pioneering a SaaS platform for patient experience in healthcare, and leading the acquisition of Beyond Campus Innovations (a divestiture from Colorado State University), and Studer Education, a K12 school district consultancy (a divestiture from Huron Consulting Group). David is a leader in the community through his involvement in multiple business mentorship programs and incubators. David spends his time with family (including his two golden retrievers), golfing, and traveling.

Drew Chamberlain

After helping numerous companies successfully sell during his investment banking career, Drew partnered with David on the Studer Education acquisition and now serves on the executive team for Beyond Campus Innovations, Studer Education, and Workforce Connect. Drew began his career as a CPA in New York, working in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax group at one of the Big Four firms, where he gained invaluable experience in transaction structuring. He later moved to Colorado and continued his career as an investment banker, focusing on helping lower middle-market companies navigate successful sales. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, Hadley, and their two Great Danes, and is also an avid fly fisherman.
